Delivery Terms

1. Delivery Methods:

1.1. GLS Courier:

Standard delivery to the address:

  • Price: 3.90 EUR
  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days from order confirmation.

Express delivery to the address:

  • Price: 5.90 EUR
  • Delivery time: within 24 hours, under the following conditions:
    • The order was placed and payment confirmed by 11:00 AM on a business day.
    • The buyer received additional confirmation from the seller regarding the possibility of express order processing.

1.2. Packeta:

Standard delivery to a Packeta pickup point:

  • Price: 3.40 EUR
  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days from order confirmation.

1.3. Personal pickup at Recorder's office:

Location: Recorder s.r.o., Karadžičova 8/A, 821 08 Bratislava.
Price: Free of charge.
Timeframe: 1–3 business days from order confirmation.

2. Delivery Times:

2.1. Items in stock:

  • Standard delivery timeframe: 1–3 business days.
  • Express delivery: Within 24 hours, under the above-mentioned conditions.

2.2. Items from external warehouses:

  • Delivery time may reach up to 15 business days.
  • The buyer will be informed about the extended delivery time when placing the order or subsequently via email.

3. Special Delivery Conditions:

  • 3.1. Delivery begins from the moment the payment is credited to the seller's account.
  • 3.2. For bank transfers, payment crediting may take up to 2–3 business days.
  • 3.3. In case of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (e.g., transport restrictions, pandemics, extreme weather), the seller reserves the right to extend the delivery timeframe. The buyer will be informed via email.

4. Receiving the Package:

4.1. The buyer is obliged, upon receiving the package:

  • To check the number of parcels, the integrity of the packaging, and the physical condition of the package.
  • To record any damage or discrepancies in the carrier’s delivery report.

4.2. If the buyer confirms the delivery report without objections, complaints about mechanical damage incurred during transportation will not be accepted.

5. Non-Receipt of the Package:

  • 5.1. If the buyer does not pick up the ordered goods for reasons not related to the seller's fault (e.g., providing incorrect delivery information, lack of interest in the order), the seller reserves the right to charge:
    • Costs for repeated delivery, or
    • A penalty equal to the actual transportation costs.

6. Tracking Information:

  • 6.1. The buyer will receive an email with the package number and a link to track the delivery status.

1. Payment Methods

1.1 Bank Transfer:

  • Payment can be made via direct transfer to the seller's bank account. Payment details will be provided to the buyer after order confirmation.
  • Seller’s account details:
    • IBAN: SK3583300000002002931123
    • BIC (SWIFT): FIOZSKBAXXX
    • Bank: Fio banka a.s., branch of a foreign bank.
  • Important: The shipment will be processed only after the payment is credited to the seller's account. Interbank transfers may take 2–3 business days.

1.2 Card Payment via Stripe:

  • Payments are processed through the secure payment gateway Stripe, which supports:
    • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).
    • Apple Pay and Google Pay for quick online transactions.
  • All transactions are encrypted and comply with PCI DSS security standards.

1.3 Payment upon Pickup:

  • This option is available exclusively for orders picked up in person at:
    Recorder s.r.o., Karadžičova 8/A, 821 08 Bratislava.
  • Buyers can pay:
    • In cash, or
    • By card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).
  • Payment is accepted only after the buyer receives confirmation that the order is ready for pickup.

 


2. Payment Conditions

2.1 Full Prepayment:

  • Every order requires full prepayment before the shipment, unless agreed otherwise.

2.2 Payment Confirmation:

  • The seller confirms receipt of payment via email within 1 business day after the payment is credited.

2.3 Payment Deadline:

  • Payment must be completed within 7 calendar days of placing the order. After this period, the order will be automatically canceled.

2.4 Transfer Delays:

  • Interbank transfers may be delayed by 2–3 business days, potentially affecting delivery timelines.

 


3. Payment Security

3.1 Secure Transactions:

  • All online payments via Stripe are protected by SSL/TLS encryption. The seller does not store payment card data.

3.2 Data Protection:

  • The seller processes the buyer’s personal data exclusively in compliance with Act No. 18/2018 Z. z. on Personal Data Protection (GDPR).

 


4. Invoice

4.1 Invoice:

  • After payment is received, the seller will send an electronic invoice to the email address provided by the buyer during the order process.

4.2 Invoice Usage:

  • The invoice serves as both a tax document and a warranty certificate.

4.3 Paper Invoice:

  • At the buyer’s request, a paper invoice can be included with the order.

 


5. Order Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation Before Shipment:

  • The buyer has the right to cancel the order before shipment. The seller will refund the full amount within 7 business days to the buyer’s account.

5.2 Cancellation After Shipment:

  • If the order is canceled after shipment, the delivery costs will not be refunded.

5.3 Failed Payment:

  • In the event of issues with online payment, the buyer will be notified by email or phone.
